Dispel the Myth
What is breathing and why is it
so important for natural health to
breathe right for
balanced breathing The principle of entails intake of healthy
balanced oxygen
(O) which in turn is processed through our
respiratory system and
the organs of our body, to be expelled in form of Carbon
Dioxide (CO2) better known as waste gas, It is important
to balance oxygen and carbon dioxide to ensure you
breathe easy
with natural nostril breathing
for good health and vitality.
Breathing is classed as one of
our bodies involuntary processes and is therefore created at birth,
and whilst it may sound like an unusual concept, "how can it be that
people sometimes breathe incorrectly"!
Inserting filters
The answer is quite simple.
breathing is not just involuntary. There are many factors that can
cause us to breathe more and less, including stress,
passive smoke, panic, emotion and most importantly
habit.
Most people tend to
breathe incorrectly out of habit! there are many reasons why this
occurs . We are literally trained to over-breathe or mouth
breathe and we are lead to believe that deep breathing is healthy.
In times of stress, deliberation and emotion we are encouraged to
"take deep breaths" and we understand that with every breathing
motion we inhale healthy oxygen (and exhale toxic
gas carbon Dioxide(CO2) .
Wearing Nasal Filters
Deep breathing fresh air provides
our lungs with masses of essential oxygen; whilst exhaling releases
poison carbon dioxide. Oxygen is gas of life, while carbon
Dioxide is waste gas! Therein lies the
problem.
Carbon dioxide is not waste gas.
It is one of our most important chemical regulators of human
bodies, and it is essential to ensure continued activity of our
hearts, blood vessels and respiratory systems. Carbon
dioxide enables oxygen to do its work and, in reality, we need
more balanced carbon dioxide levels than we do balanced oxygen.
Carbon dioxide is an
important part of proper respiration and body function. It
dissolves in the blood, forming carbonic acid, and is important in
stimulating respiration, strengthening immune system, maintaining
proper acid-base balance, and has a calming affect on nerve cells.
When
we over breathe, that is breathe more than the physio-logical
norm, we are actually getting less oxygen, not more! This occurs
because our bodies need to maintain minimum levels 6.5% carbon
dioxide in our blood in order for the red blood cells to release
oxygen we need. When we over breathe the fine balance between
carbon dioxide and oxygen in our bloodstream is upset.
We may be taking in more
oxygen media, into our respiratory system but we are also breathing
out more carbon dioxide, and without this carbon dioxide,
our bodies cannot use the oxygen we inhale leading to low energy
levels. We need certain levels of carbon dioxide in
our bodies to ensure they function correctly. When those levels are
to low, chemical bonds between oxygen
and hemoglobin (which carries oxygen through our blood)
increases.

In real terms that means
hemoglobin will not readily release the oxygen it is carrying, which
in turn makes it difficult for cells in our brains, hearts, kidneys,
muscles and other organs to get oxygen they need. Result,
Deeper we breathe less oxygen our bodies absorb.
our breathing should be based on
quality not quantity with controlled slow diaphragmatic breathing.
Breathe easy as gentle slow
breathing is a reassuring sign of peace and healthy rest. most of us
consider the calm rise and fall of the chest, soft steady
rhythms of breathing itself, to be evidence of good
health, indeed the physical act of breathing right for balanced
breathing indicates that we are alive and well, it is not surprising
therefore that people find it difficult to understand concepts
that,
breathing shouldn't be an obvious function.
When we breathe right, our chests do not expand and
sink. Healthy breathing is quiet and shallow, with barely any
chest movement

Start with a short, low-intensity breathing. See what it’s
like breathing only through your nose.
Breathe in through the nose and out through the nose or
mouth. Your
anxiety may rise a bit, linked with a sensation of not
getting enough air. Dr. George Dallam explains, that the
slower and deeper nasal breathing elevates carbon dioxide
levels in the blood, which creates urgency to breathe.
However, he points out, our carbon dioxide receptors adjust
to this in time, and the urgency disappears. So use the
nasal breathing in your lowest-intensity until the anxiety
disappears, then start using it at the next level of
intensity, and so forth.

When a person
has some allergies or asthma, the breathing
is usually much faster. If you try to
breathe at a faster rate, it will drain you
out of energy and make you need more
oxygen. Once you breathe that fast, you
will tend to breathe out more carbon dioxide
quickly and loosing carbon dioxide too
quickly is dangerous. The hemoglobin in the
blood that transmits the oxygen from the
blood to the cells will turn sticky and the
oxygen will not be able to get through.
It is important
that you practice slowing down your
breathing rate to lessen the allergy/asthma
attacks.
Breathe-ezy nasal filters
help you to control your breathing pattern
to balance your oxygen/carbon dioxide levels.
Practicing
the right breathing technique will help you
breathe naturally and lessen your
allergies. Aside from that, you will notice
that there is going to be a good change in
the number of your attacks. Begin
practicing the proper breathing techniques
today to keep you healthy. When you are
healthy, you will be able to do a lot more
things.
